If I could give it no stars, I would. Although the vehicle looked good initially, I guess I should have asked more questions when he was so quick to deal. That's not even the main reason for this businesses bad rating though. He told us a couple weeks even before we bought the vehicle that he would have a couple issues we noticed looked at and repaired before we be back from our trip and make the deal. Turns out that he didn't have them fixed by the time we got back, he didn't even have them fixed before we bought it, he didn't even get them fixed within the first month of us owning it. It took us 6 weeks of calling him every week, stopping by the dealership every week, and him taking the vehicle back twice for a total of 7 days before just one of the issues was fixed. We've found out now that he still was unable to resolve the other issue. We gave him yet another opportunity to get this fixed, he refused to take it; he will no longer answer our phone calls and has yet to call us back from all of the messages we've left on his voicemail. So now, according to KS state laws I believe he's in violation of 'Warranty of Merchantability' which we would argue against with the 'Uniform Commercial Code', and we think he knew about these problems before he sold it to us which makes him in violation of the 'Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices.'
